“KSAR” Located in the heart of Seville, Spain. A tea house catered to visitors who wish to be immersed in centuries of culture and tradition. The brand's identity reflects the warm, inviting spirit of a Moroccan courtyard, where people can gather and spend time in community.

The logo, resembling embers around a bonfire, is inspired by the textures of handmade clay pottery and the shapes of the "tangine". It symbolizes togetherness, warmth, and shared stories. The color palette and typography are meant to give a feeling of freshness and brightness, complementing the cozy ambiance and fostering a welcoming environment for families and friends.

The Color Palette was crafted by observing typical ingredients in Moroccan cuisine, such as lemons, pomegranate seeds, and other citrus.
The goal was to deviate from the typical look of other Moroccan Restaurants, which are typically desert-inspired.

Blue was integrated to “Break” the palette. This color is only used to highlight important information, such as the menu page. It is derived from blue tiles and reflecting pools in Moroccan courtyards.

The Website

The graphic elements can be interpreted as abstractions of Moroccan tile patterns and privacy screens, generated from the characters of the logo mark.

The Menu is the only blue page since it acts as the Blue-tile courtyard in a Moroccan palace. I made this design choice based on the assumption that the menu would be the most visited page; therefore, making a distinction between that page and the rest of the website.

This website is intended to be wandered-through as if one were walking down a Moroccan Palace, with each page acting as its own separate room.
